Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a formal 8-week course where you will learn to notice your thoughts, patterns and any automatic unhelpful reactions to stress. You will learn how to hold and relate to thoughts and emotions less judgmentally and more compassionately. Each session is two and a half hours in duration with a full 6 hour day of practice on Cost: €320
Deirdre will be delivering an MBSR in Edmund Rice Heritage Centre , Mount Sion Waterford

Time: 6 30 pm to 9 00 pm
The course includes one full day retreat Saturday 7th May
I would highly recommend this MBSR course with Deirdre to anyone interested in learning about Mindfulness. The group environment felt very safe and relaxed due to the skills of the facilitator, and the course materials were excellent. You will learn simple but highly effective skills that will stay with you long after to help deal with everyday stresses and look at the world from a different perspective.
