A mindfulness foundation course provides an opportunity to learn skills to help cope with the stress and strains of daily life. It allows you to have time for yourself in a nourishing and nurturing way. This 6 week foundation in Mindfulness course invites you to develop the art of meditation. Deirdre provides an opportunity to experience both formal and informal meditation practices, which you can incorporate into your daily life. You will also have the opportunity to try different meditation practices. No experience required. Just bring yourself.
